Ewald Kooiman died totally unexpectedly at the age of 70, during his holidays.
In April 2008 Aeolus has started recording the complete organ music by Johann Sebastian Bach with the well known dutch organist and Bach expert Ewald Kooiman for SACD.
In April 2008 Ewald Kooiman started his third complete recording of the complete organ music by J.S.Bach for the prestigious label Aeolus. The release of this edition is scheduled for late 2009 / early 2010.
